03Live Workshop

Your team already knows your business. That's the hard part.

The AI part is learnable. A live session, run for your team, on what this technology actually does — what it's genuinely good for, and where it still falls over.

The Audit and Build serve small service businesses and solo operators — coaching is where we've proven it most. The workshop goes further: any team, any industry, headcount is the only requirement.

The math

Two ways to get AI into a business.

Both work. They cost very different amounts, and only one of them starts with people who already understand what you do.

Hire for it

Bring in someone who knows AI.

  • $145,000 a year at the low end
  • Months before they understand how you actually work
  • One person, holding all of it
Salary range cited from KORE1 AI Engineer Salary Guide, 2026.
Teach the team you have

They already know the business.

  • Up to 50 people in one session
  • They know your customers and your process on day one
  • The understanding is spread, not concentrated

Tracks

Built around what your team actually does.

The concepts are the same. The examples aren't — a sales team and a support team need to see different things to believe it.

Leadership

Where AI is worth spending on, where it isn't, and how to tell the difference before the budget goes out.

Operations

The repeated internal work — handoffs, chasing, reporting — and which parts of it can genuinely run themselves.

Sales

Research, follow-up, and the admin around a pipeline, rather than anything that replaces the selling.

Marketing

Producing more without sounding like everyone else, and the point at which output stops being worth it.

Customer support

What can be answered automatically, what must not be, and how to keep the difference obvious to a customer.

Custom

Your own systems and your own vocabulary, for teams that don't fit the list above.

The curriculum

What your team will actually master.

Six things, in one room. None of them require anyone to write code.

01

AI FUNDAMENTALS

What these models genuinely do, and what they only appear to do. Enough mechanism that your team stops treating it as magic and starts judging it like any other tool.

02

PROMPTING

Why the same request gives a brilliant answer one day and a useless one the next — and how to get output you can actually rely on twice.

03

USE-CASE JUDGEMENT

Separating the work worth handing over from the work that will quietly cost you more. The most valuable skill in the room, and the one that saves the most money.

04

TOOL SELECTION

How to evaluate tools in a market that resets every few months, so your team can assess the next one without needing us again.

05

WHAT'S POSSIBLE

Real systems, opened up live — how they're built, what they cost to run, and what broke along the way. Not a slide deck of what could be done.

06

LIMITS AND FAILURE

Where it still isn't reliable, where it fails quietly, and the specific mistakes that waste the most time and budget.

Format

Live online, run for your team.

At a time that works across your locations, with everyone in the same session rather than watching a recording separately. Anything else — in person, a different shape entirely, several teams at once — is what the custom tier is for.

Investment

Three ways to run it.

All three start the same way — a few questions about how your business runs, then a call to pick the shape. There's nothing to pay on this page.

One Session

$999
one session
  • 1 live session
  • Up to 3 hours
  • Up to 50 attendees

One session with your team — the concepts, the demonstrations, and room for the questions your people actually have.

  • A short call first, to shape the content
  • Built around your function, not a stock deck
  • Live, interactive, questions throughout
  • Real systems demonstrated, not slides
  • Notes and references afterwards
Most teams pick this

Session Series

$1,799
three sessions
  • 3 live sessions
  • Up to 3 hours each
  • Up to 50 attendees

Three sessions that build on each other, so ideas have time to land in between and your team can bring back real questions from their own work.

  • Everything in One Session
  • Time between sessions to try things
  • Sessions two and three shaped by what came back
  • Recordings your team keeps
  • A written summary of what was covered

Custom

Let's talk
scoped to your team
  • Format to suit
  • Length to suit
  • Larger groups

A different shape entirely — more sessions, a bigger group, in person, or built around systems specific to how you work.

  • Scoped on a free call
  • In person where it makes sense
  • Content built against your own tools
  • Multiple teams or locations

How it runs

From a first call to a session, in three steps.

01

A free call

20 minutes. What your team does, where AI keeps coming up, and which track fits.

02

We shape the session

Built against your function and your examples. You see the outline before anyone commits.

03

We run it

Live, with your team, at a time that works across your locations.

Questions

What teams ask before booking.

Do you run AI training for non-technical teams?

That's most of the work. The session assumes no technical background and nobody is asked to write code. The point is judgement about the technology, not operating it.

Can you run an AI workshop for our whole company?

Up to 50 people on the standard tiers. Larger than that, or several teams at once, is what the custom tier covers.

Is this about one AI tool, or tools in general?

General. Specific tools change every few months; how to judge them doesn't. Where a particular tool matters to your team we'll cover it, but the session isn't a product tutorial.

Does our team need anything set up beforehand?

No. Nothing to install, no accounts to create. We ask a few questions on the call beforehand so the examples are yours rather than generic.

Can you tailor it to our industry?

Yes, and it works considerably better that way. The concepts are constant; the examples get rebuilt around what your team actually deals with.

How is this different from an online AI course?

It's live, it's built around your business, and your team can argue with it. A recorded course can't answer the question that matters to the person watching.

See where you stand.

Start with a few questions about how your business runs. If a session is the right thing at all, you'll get a link to book a 20-minute call and we'll work out which shape fits your team.
