01AI Audit
If we don't find measurable ROI in your business, you get a full refund.
That's the whole offer, and it sounds like a line until you see what the audit actually does. So here's the method, the deliverable, and what we'd have to fail at for you to get your money back.
The guarantee
We guarantee the finding. Not your results.
If we go through your business and don't find measurable return — time or money you are currently losing that AI could get back — we refund the audit fee in full.
It's worded that way on purpose. Guaranteeing your business results would mean guaranteeing your implementation, your team and your follow-through, and we control none of those. Anyone who promises you an outcome is either not thinking about it or hoping you won't. What we do control is whether the analysis is worth what you paid for it. That's what's on the line here.
Why we can say that
Because we look at the business, not the tools.
Most AI spending goes on a tool somebody picked before anyone examined how the work actually happens. The audit runs the other way round: we map the real process first — who does what, how often, in which tool, and where it stalls — and only then ask what's worth automating.
And if the free call suggests there isn't enough here to find, we'll say so then. We'd rather turn down the engagement than refund it.
What we look for
Two kinds of leak.
Time-sync
Manual, repetitive work that quietly eats hours — data entry, chasing people, copying between tools that don't talk to each other.
Quality-risk
Error-prone steps that cause rework or dropped balls — the missed follow-up, the inconsistent output, the thing that only breaks when you're busy.
What you get
Seven things, and you keep all of them.
The audit is delivered whether or not you go on to build anything. It stands on its own.
Your process, mapped
How the work actually runs today, step by step, in plain language. No jargon and no assumptions about what you already do.
Where it leaks
Two to four specific failure points, each tagged as time-sync or quality-risk, with what it's costing you.
The Opportunity Matrix
Every candidate automation scored on business impact against implementation effort, sorted into four quadrants.
The same process, redrawn
What it looks like with the automation in place — what sets it off, what it does, and exactly where a human still approves.
The stack
What it would actually be built on, using tools you already pay for wherever that's possible.
An ROI estimate
Year one against the build cost, then year two onward when the build cost is gone. Conservative numbers you could defend to someone sceptical.
A build recommendation
Scope, what's in and what's out, a timeline and a price band. One clear next step, not a menu.
One honest note on that ROI. Hours saved are hours saved — we won't dress them up as new revenue. For most service businesses freed time shows up as time you get back, or as room to take on more clients without hiring. That's the version we'll put in writing.
How it's scored
Impact against effort, and nothing is left unsaid.
Including the things we looked at and decided against — named, so you know they were considered rather than missed.
Quick wins
Fast to build, felt almost immediately — these ship first.
Big swings
Bigger scope, longer to land, the highest ceiling.
Nice-to-haves
Minor polish, worth doing when it’s cheap — never the headline.
Deprioritize
Named so you know it was considered, then set aside.
When things happen
Four weeks to a roadmap. Then you start.
Free call, interviews, and the roadmap built with you. You finish this stretch holding the seven deliverables.
One to three fast, well-scoped automations — the high-impact, low-effort corner of the matrix.
The larger multi-workflow builds. More scope, longer to land, the highest ceiling.
Polish where it's cheap relative to what it returns, then keeping what shipped alive as the business changes around it.
Who's doing the auditing
The recommendations come from someone who builds these.
Every system below is deployed and inspectable. The build recommendation at the end of your audit is written by the person who built them, not by someone who'd have to outsource the answer.
The obvious question
Why pay for analysis instead of just building something?
Because building the wrong thing well costs more than not building it at all. The expensive mistakes in AI aren't technical — they're picking the wrong problem, confidently, and finding out six months later. The audit is what makes the build the right one. And it's the only part of this we're willing to put a guarantee on.
When this isn't worth doing.
The audit is worth it if you're in a position to act on what it finds. If nothing on the roadmap could realistically get built this year, tell us on the call and we'll tell you to wait — that costs you nothing and saves you a few thousand.
We don't take on build projects under $1,500.
Questions
What people ask before booking.
What does an AI audit actually involve?
A free call, one or two interview sessions with you and whoever runs the day-to-day, and a session where the roadmap gets built with you in the room. Four weeks end to end, and you leave with seven written deliverables.
What happens if you don't find anything?
You get a full refund. That's the guarantee, and it's the finding we're standing behind — not what your business does with it afterwards. In practice we'd usually spot that on the free call and tell you not to book.
How much does an AI audit cost?
It's a flat fee — the same whatever size you are — and we'll give you the number on the free call before you commit to anything. We don't take on build projects under $1,500.
Do I have to buy the build afterwards?
No. The audit is delivered whether or not you build anything, and the seven deliverables are yours either way — including the stack, so another developer could work from them.
How long does an AI audit take?
Four weeks from the first call to a roadmap you can start on. Your own time commitment across that is about three sessions.
Is this only for coaching businesses?
No. It's built for small service businesses and solo operators generally — coaching is just where we've proven it so far. The same shape — client intake, scheduling, payments, check-ins, content — shows up in plenty of other client-based businesses, and the method carries over.
See where you stand.
A few questions about how your business runs. If there's an audit worth doing here, you'll get a link to book a 20-minute call. If there isn't, we'll say so.
